From talking soccer to managing players
Behind the success of many footballers, there is an agent, pulling strings for players to secure the best deals.
29- year -old Bakang Moipone is the youngest football player agent in Botswana. He started when he was 26 years of age and so far he has managed to eliminate issues of players registering with two clubs at the same time and teams failing to pay such players.
It all started as a hobby for Moipone who then went on to register his company, Extreme Sports, which currently manages 25 players’ and two coaches’ contracts.
Four years later, Moipone is not only an intermediary for local players but also for two players from Kenya, Musa Mahummad and Duncan Otieno who play for Lusaka Dynamos FC.

CAF Confederation Cup with a 4-0 aggregate victory over Jwaneng Galaxy.
Bucs overcame the Botswana side 3-0 in the first leg away from home last week and followed that up with another comprehensive
1-0 victory on Sunday.
Linda Mntambo scored the only goal in this game though in the 55th minute at the Orlando Stadium.
Galaxy started this tie on the offensive and won a few early set-pieces that were ultimately dealt with by the Bucs defence.
Linda Mntambo couldn t make any headway with a free-kick of his own moments later ahead of a strike from Jean-Marc Makusu that hit the side-netting.
Bucs laboured in the initial stages of this encounter but finally put the Botswana side out of their misery when they emerged 1-0 winners on Sunday and 4-0 victors on aggregate to qualify for the lucrative group stages of the continental tournament.
