Family claims body of slain NPA fighter in Negros; another wounded. The Philippine Army's 62nd Infantry Battalion engaged in a clash with NPA fighters in Negros Occidental. Braulio Tobalado, a member of Central Negros Front 1, was identified as the fatality.
