Iowa State University (ISU) Extension and Outreach will begin hosting a series of farmland leasing seminars that will answer common questions from Iowa landowners and tenants. Each two-hour meeting will cover results from the recently completed Iowa cash rent and land value surveys, keys to good tenant and landowner communication, the various types of lease arrangements, proper lease creations and termination, determination of fair rent values and more.
