Officials say they will work to take custody of Jose Ines Garcia zarate and remove him from the country. Yesterday afternoon a jury acquitted him of first degree and seconddegree murder charges. He was found not guilty of manslaughter. Jurors only found Garcia Zarate guilty of possession of a firearm. He faces charges for possessing a stolen gun.
