Woman Threatens to Behead SAPD Officer   SAN ANGELO, TX – The woman responsible for crashing into a local donut shop has been indicted for threatening to behead a San Angelo Police Department officer. According to court documents, on Mar. 4, a Tom Green County grand jury indicted Grace Sanchez, 21, for obstruction and retaliation. The indictment came after officers with the San Angelo Police Department were dispatched to the 2200 block of Sherwood Way at the Express Donuts and Kolaches on Jan. 17 for the report of a major crash.  When the officers arrived they discovered a Ford Explorer that crashed into the building. The three occupants in the vehicle were taken to Shannon ER.
