Arrested terrorist Riyaz Ahmed was a key conspirator of the Kupwara terror module that was busted by J&K Police recently. He was involved in hatching a conspiracy along with Khursheed Ahmad Rather and Ghulam Sarwar Rather in receiving arms and ammunition smuggled across the LOC by the terrorist handlers.
