Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand) Limited (FPCT) announced that its completed mixed-use development Samyan Mitrtown has recently won an award in the category of Energy Conservation Creative Building for New and Existing Building from Thailand Energy Awards 2021, organised by the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, Ministry of Energy. Samyan Mitrtown was also nominated as a representative from Thailand to participate in the ASEAN Energy Awards 2021 arranged by ASEAN Centre for Energy, an inter-governmental organisation that represents ASEAN members’ interests in the energy sector. FPCT has demonstrated leadership in energy-saving buildings as four of its office buildings have previously been awarded and certified to world-class energy saving building standards.
