Ocado Group PLC - Hatfield, Hertfordshire-based online grocer and platform provider - Non-Executive Director Jorn Rausing buys 1.3 million shares via Apple III Trust at GBP19.33 each, GBP25.9 million in total on Friday.
Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based cinema chain - Executive Director Adam Kaye sells 100,000 shares at 150 pence each, GBP150,000 in total. Now owns 5.3 million shares, a 5.9% stake.
OSB Group PLC - Kent-based lender - Chief Risk Officer Hasan Kazmi sells 17,000 shares at GBP4.85 each, GBP82,450 in total. Stake following disposal not disclosed.
