At the same time, county officials are investigating numerous complaints of safety guideline violations over the weekend.
County Executive Christopher Moss said the county received several complaints over the weekend about violations of COVID-19 safety protocols at bars, restaurants and retail outlets, for people not wearing facial coverings, inadequate social distancing and other issues.
Even as vaccinations are increased and COVID-19 cases decline, residents need to continue to be vigilant to keep the infection rate from going back up, Moss said.

After a major spike in January, Chemung County s COVID-19 cases have plunged to their lowest level since early September.
The news comes amid promises that the supply of vaccines to fight the virus will be ramped up over the coming weeks.
As of Wednesday, Chemung County has 10 active cases, including seven newly confirmed positives, and 13 people hospitalized with the virus.
