Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager Posted by OVERVIEW: Reporting directly to the Chief Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer, the DEI Manager will serve as the team’s internal project manager for multiple, simultaneous workstreams.   The team has primary ownership of both strategy and implementation for increasing organizational capacity for DEI among staff, alumni, external partners and ensuring our program delivery and outcomes are equitable and inclusive. This role will work closely with Human Resources, Learning, National Events, Exec Ops, IT, and Marketing; and a have an ability to engage with various other functions to drive DEI priorities throughout Year Up. The DEI work ensures Year Up is living its mission internally, externally, and programmatically. Â
