Carlilian Foundation adds 2 trustees | The Daily Gazette SECTIONS The Carlilian Foundation has added two new trustees to its board, the foundation announced Wednesday.  Jennifer Phillippe Connors, a Niskayuna native who lives in Saratoga Springs, and Spero Peter Zoulas, a native of Schenectady who lives in the Woodlawn neighborhood, were recently voted on to the board, according to a press release from the organization.  The organization was created to provide capital improvement grants to organizations to benefit the residents of Schenectady County. Connors is a first vice president and financial adviser at RBC Wealth Management, which provides financial advice and wealth management solutions to people and organizations. She is also a member of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center Action Council. Connors received a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College and a Master’s Degree in business administration from Georgetown University.
