On Sunday afternoon, a McDonald s drive-thru in Chicago turned into a crime scene after a seven-year-old girl was killed in a shooting at around 4 PM in the Windy City s Homan Square neighborhood.
The victim was identified as Jaslyn Adams. She sustained multiple shots before being rushed to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The girl s 28-year-old father was also severely injured during the incident.
The pair were waiting in their car for their food when the shooting took place.
As of the moment, authorities are still searching for the suspect of the horrific crime. There is still no information on how or why the shooting occurred.
