Detainees’ Commission reports on affidavit of Palestinian minor prisoner in Israeli jail RAMALLAH, Sunday, March 14, 2021 (WAFA) - The Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission reported on the affidavit of Palestinian minor prisoner, Ahmad Falna, who was shot five times by Israeli forces in the village of Saffa to the West of Ramallah. Falna, 17, told the commission’s lawyer the details of the day he was shot and injured with live ammunition by Israeli forces on the 26th of February, saying that he was present near the Israeli separation barrier when forces opened fire at him, shooting him five times in the thigh and lower abdomen area, and when he collapsed to the ground soldiers attacked him.

The Commission said in a statement that the occupation authorities are deliberately neglecting the medical conditions of many sick prisoners, who are only allowed to get painkillers rather than a genuine medical treatment.
