A decade plus five. That’s the years of culinary experience Chef Evrol Ebanks brings to the table.
The good chef currently offers take out, pop ups, and general catering services. His Middle Quarters-styled pepper shrimp paired with buttered sweetcorn are among his top sellers. Also on the list of exciting fare is the seafood extravaganza. This includes lobster, shrimp, mussels, crab, potato and sweetcorn simmered in his famous citrusy sweet and spicy sauce. His spicy chicken or shrimp penne Alfredo finished with green peas will have your mouth salivating for more. And the seafood pumpkin soup is to die for.
