Red Tiger & NetEnt CFO Falzon to join Bragg board

B2B technology supplier Bragg Gaming Group has announced that chief financial officer of Red Tiger Gaming, and operational CFO of gaming giant NetEnt, Lara Falzon, has been elected to its board of directors effective 1 March, 2021.
Falzon bring significant financial expertise in gaming to the company, Bragg said, as well as experience in listing on the Nasdaq, which is one of the supplier’s objectives for 2021.
She currently holds the role of operational CFO of NetEnt and chief financial officer of Red Tiger Gaming, and previously held the positions of group CFO at Evoke Gaming and group financial controller of King.

A gaming company CEO has been cleared of computer misuse and stealing data from his former employer to use in his own company.
In 2017, Fredrik Gereon Ljungcrantz had been charged with unauthorized copying and making use of data, which was property of his employer, Evoke Gaming Ltd. He was also accused of promoting, selling or abetting remote gaming from Malta without the requisite licence.
