say, the biggest case. it s coming down on thursday, rather unexpectedly. your initial thoughts. well, i think that the headline that the supreme court is just saying that there isn t standing to bring a lawsuit, that is, you know, in this one state, the red states like texas couldn t challenge obamacare, actually understates it. you have a 7-2 decision. they do it through the back door. they say not only do texas and the states not have standing, but nobody does. this is a challenge about the minimum coverage of obamacare that everybody hat to get health insurance and now that s unforceable. congress has taken away the penalty to get that coverage, and the supreme court says if you have an unforceable statute, nobody can pursue it.

reporter: that owner of the ipad and cash was so grateful he gave patrick $60 as a thank you. but that s not the end of this story. not even close. what did you do with the money? you know what he said? he gave it to a homeless person. reporter: patrick morgan, a working father of three, gave 40 of those dollars to a homeless person and $20 to a coworker in need. bottom line. i wasn t looking for anything. he s a man s man. let s just say what everybody hat home is thinking, $13,000 and you only give him $60. at least $100. bare minimum $100. i would say a full $1,000. at bear bare minimum, $100. that s a little crazy. and the guy who got $60 gave $40 to a homeless man and $20 to a co-worker. he was more generous with his $60 than the other guy was with $13,000.
