City of Everly Planning to Open Museum

Everly, IA (KICD) When the school building in Everly closed, the town also lost its place to display past memorabilia. Connie Goeken says the search for new trophy space led to creation of a city museum.
Goeken says the state champion Everly Cattlefeeders will be the first exhibit when the Everly museum opens, but they’re looking for other historical pieces too.
The Everly museum will be located in an Evertek-owned building downtown. Volunteers hope to have an official dedication in August.
