WATERTOWNÂ â A Public Hearing on a controversial application was closed by members of the Conservation Commission on Thursday, December 10, but the inclusion of a draft approval in the agenda packet, written by staff and without request by the members, helped convince commissioners to table the issue to the next meeting.
The sole Public Hearing on the agenda was for an application by Erik Markiewicz, EPM Development LLC, to demolish a single-family home at 542 Davis St. and construct a new, three-family home. The application has been opposed by neighbors on Everitt Lane, whose properties were included on a zone map change from R-30 to R-12.5 earlier this year.
