On March 31, the Cabinet took the following actions, according to a summary provided by the Cabinet Office.
1. Noted that the contract with WorldReach Software Corporation to establish the passport processing system and the secure network infrastructure and passport application processing services using the PassportReachTM was extended for an additional four years, commencing April 1, 2021, followed by six optional one-year periods, and noted the increase in passport application processing fee from $27 to $28

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) have taken a Lincoln man into custody in connection to a sexual assault of a minor.
The investigation began when Homeland Security Investigators reached out to NSP concerning a reported sexual assault in 2020. The investigation indicated 62-year-old Everette O’Neal of Lincoln as a suspect.
On Friday, April 16, one trooper pulled O’Neal while he was driving with a revoked license. He was arrested for the 1st-degree sexual assault of a minor.
