A new jersey man says he was brutally attacked by Philadelphia Police for in reason and now he is taking the department for court. New at 6 00 tonight he shares his story with Eyewitness News reporter steve paterson. Reporter there was a moment in the hospital when 31 yearold marcus bow saw him self for the the first time after he says he was see severely beaten by a Philadelphia Police officer. When i saw it i was like my goodness thinks terrible. Reporter on may 25th, bow said he and group of friend were celebrating his 30th Birthday Party at fat tuesdays on south street. Bow says he came out of the bar with a cup, when a Police Officer identified in the civil complaint as Victor Mcknight told him that is not allowed.
