The father of one of the men killed makes an emotional plea. The shooting happened yesterday, two men were killed and another injured. They were sitting in a car when the gunman either walked up or drove by and opened fire. Reporter family members tell me they hope the video will hopefully solve this crime. Its a clue that may lead to more witnesses. Multiple gunshots can be heard on this surveillance video. A dark Ford Explorer is seen dripping off in richmond thursday afternoon.
