KOTA KINABALU: A politician has been ordered by a Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday (Dec 12) to enter his defence on four charges of molesting a former beauty pageant contestant.
Kota Kinabalu: A 53-year-old politician of Star Sabah will know on Dec 12 whether he has to answer the four charges against him for molesting a 2021 State Unduk Ngadau contestant.
Kota Kinabalu: A district Unduk Ngadau (UN) Chairperson had discussed with several parties including the State UN Chairperson before bringing the State UN finalist, who was allegedly molested by State UN technical head, to lodge a police report.
A witness testified that he clearly saw a technical head for 2021 State Unduk Ngadau (UN) competition charged with four counts of molesting one of the UN finalists, “touched” the finalist during a photograph session.
Dane Leanard Kovacs, 34, who testified as the second witness before Magistrate Stephanie Sherron Abbie, in the trial of Philip Among, 52, said he saw Philip had touched the UN finalist’s shoulder, neck, back, waist and leg
