高市警苓雅分局2日接獲王女報案，稱自己接到健保局電話，說她的就醫紀錄有問題，疑似遭人盜用身分領用藥品，金額高達5萬多元，由於王女是護理師，生怕影響到自己的工作，一時之間失去判斷能力，便掉入詐騙集團設下的圈套。
隨後，王女電話就接上假165專員，並告知她身分遭人盜用涉嫌洗錢防制法等案件，接著引誘王女回答名下有幾個戶頭、帳號、幾張提款卡等問題，此時電話又轉接給假檢察官，指稱王女名下的戶頭有涉案需要凍結，必須趕在當天下午2點前，將新台幣68萬元領出，並且要查扣。
王女不疑有他按照假檢察官指示，領完錢後到指定地面交，雙方碰面後，假檢察官還給王女一封查扣信函，讓她更加確信自己身分遭人冒用，便把提領出來的68萬現金交予假檢察官，雙方各自離去後，王女驚覺有異才立即報案，警方到場後，一眼
