Keegan Kelley Harroz, 38, and Barry Roland Titus II, 40, are accused of breaking into a Beggs, Oklahoma house, and fatally shooting Titus ex-girlfriend and her parents in September 2019.
State investigators disclosed early on that they suspected Harroz and Titus were the two masked killers seen on a surveillance recording approaching the residence.
At the time, the attorney was defending Titus in a domestic abuse case involving his ex-girlfriend. Titus is accused in the still pending case of beating and strangling Eichor in 2017, a couple of months after they began dating.
In announcing the filing of the case, Okmulgee County District Attorney Carol Iski acknowledged Thursday that there have been questions from the public about what was taking so long.
