Willard E. “Pete” Bilyeu, also known as “Rusty Rooster” to his truck driving buddies, age 87, of Centerville, Ohio died January 30, 2021 at his home.
He was born April 29, 1933 in Jacobsburg, Ohio, a son of the late Evelyn Bilyeu.
Willard was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a retired employee of Roadway Express and former President of the Teamsters Local # 413 in Columbus and he owned and operated R&R Electronics.
He served in the Army Reserves and was a member of the American Legion Post 159 in St. Clairsville. He was a former Smith Township Trustee. Willard was a member of Concord Presbyterian Church; a 57-year member and Past Master of Weyer Lodge #541 F. & A.M., a Past District Deputy and Past District Educational Officer both for the 23rd Masonic District of Ohio and he was a member of Weyer Chapter 515, Order of Eastern Star both in Centerville. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite Bodies Valley of Cambridge and Knights Templar and
