Reporter the city of vallejo has activated a partial Emergency Operation center here at the Fire Department on louisiana street. It is to handle all of the phone calls they have been getting. Since early this evening they got about 800 calls for help and several people complained about getting sick because of the odor and they were taken to the hospital. The vallejo Fire Department said they are concentrated in the southern part of the city in the neighborhoods surrounding Beverly Hills park and glen cove park.
