What They Say:
Luck has abandoned the group. Humbo and Alice have lost track of their newfound friends, Tala and Hototo. The siblings are being held prisoner and will soon discover that the world hides dark corners, where screams of help are no more than fallen spirits.
Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers):
The world of We Live continues to be fascinating but it’s also convoluted in its own way. We’ve gotten stories of the past in each issue and it’s adding to the view of how things are in the here and now, but like the real world, it’s different every time we turn a corner into a new area. The Miranda brothers have something really unique and interesting here that I hope is fleshed out beyond this particular series as the writing is solid and creativity that comes from the settings and the creatures and characters is really strong
