The Holly Hill Town Council is poised to annex 11 tracts during its monthly meeting on Monday, March 4, at 6:30 p.m. in the governmental complex on Old State Road.
Mayor Billy Chavis says this partnership will help prepare both towns for growth coming to Eastern Orangeburg County, by increasing its sewage capacity.
