i am thomas robbeerts. republicans are warning the white house to back off after the plan b was leaked. this draft bill which was obtained by usa today over the weekend allows for an eight year path to residency for the undocument already inside u.s. borders and within hours of that plan s release florida senator marco rubio fired back saying if proposed the bill will be dead on arrival in congress leaving us with unsecured borders and a broken legal situation for years to come. the chief of staff defended the white house choice to be ready to go it alone. we re doing exactly what the president said we would do last month in las vegas which is we re preparing. we re going to be ready. let s make sure it doesn t have to be proposed. let s make sure the group up there, the gang of eight, makes the good progress on these
