The International Handball Federation has updated the uniform rules
for the beach handball discipline, which now require female athletes
to wear "short tight pants with a close fit."
A Japanese Olympic Committee initiative aimed at preventing female
athletes from being photographed in a sexualised manner when competing
in their events has seen around 2,500 non-consensual objectifying
images submitted in complaint.
