Diskussion Polen verstößt mit einem zentralen Teil seiner Justizreformen gegen EU-Recht. Der Europäische Gerichtshof in Luxemburg urteilte am Donnerstag, dass Polen mit der neuen Disziplinarordnung für Richter „gegen seine Verpflichtungen aus dem Unionsrecht verstoßen hat“. Unter anderem biete die neu geschaffene Disziplinarkammer „nicht alle Garantien für Unabhängigkeit und Unparteilichkeit“.
