“We were looking for summer jobs, and with COVID and everything going on, we knew that it was going to be difficult to find one,” said Victor.
“We had talked about owning a food truck with our parents before. Actually my parents, when they were around our age, they owned a food truck and ran it in Toronto.”
After finding the perfect truck online, they decided to make a big move and offer the Eastern European food they both grew up on, and have experienced in their travels.
