The Supreme Court of Appeal has asked law firm Smit Sewgoolam Inc and senior advocate Vincent Maleka to explain why their conduct in litigation involving the Regiments group in its battle against SARS shouldn’t be referred to the Legal Practice Council. Maleka led evidence at the Zondo inquiry.
