It is under joint venture with JOGMEC, the Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation. JOGMEC has an option to earn a 51 per cent interest in the project as well as first right to fully fund it through to commercial production with all off-take at market prices. The management and board of directors of NMI have a wealth of experience and a proven track record of project generation and development, particularly within Africa, over the last decade.
