One person was dead Tuesday evening after a report of a shooting in an upcounty area just north of Germantown.
Capt. Stacey Flynn, a Montgomery County police spokeswoman, wrote in an email to Bethesda Beat on Tuesday night that the victim was a 23-year-old Clarksburg man who suffered trauma to his upper body.
