At least six Indian companies such as Paytm, EtechAces Marketing and Consulting, the parent company of both PaisaBazaar and PolicyBazaar, are considering the foreign listing of their companies but are waiting for detailed guidelines from the corporate ministry and the revenue department.
According to a TOI report, the companies are waiting for clarity in the upcoming Union Budget 2021-22 set to be presented in the Parliament by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on February 1.
