Taipei, July 9 (CNA) Paraguayan students from Paraguay's Taiwan-Paraguay Polytechnic University (UPTP) expressed their eagerness to help promote Taiwan following a ceremony on Friday to celebrate their completion of a three semester-long Taiwan-based study exchange.
