They live in fear and they are afraid of being attacked. If School Leaders adopt a eight districtwide policy, it will decrease harassment in transgender students. Its uncharted waters, and the last thing we want to do is be sued from making the wrong step. Since the school doesnt have the policy, its up to schools to deal with. If the school board makes eight districtwide policy, and its different from one pineview already has in place, that means needs school has to make the change and that would mean he would have to use this restroom and set of that one.
