When the Police Officer arrived and to wake the individual and within a matter of seconds the suspect fired on him, he had his vest on and he was hit in his vest and so that that saved him. Reporter investigators now revealing they identified rahami as their suspect using a cell phone found attached to a Pressure Cooker undetonated on 27th street in manhattan. Reporter overnight a backpack with expose sieve material was discovered near the elizabeth train station but unlike other devices tied to the suspect lacking something. They had no timers no cell phone and no electronic devices. Speculation leads that it could have been a hatefully thrown away in that location. Reporter that location only blocks away from the suspects home above the Family Business a Fried Chicken shop. Fbi agents searched the building and towed cars as residents connected the suspects photo to the oldest son at the store. I was like wait, thats the guy that works there. Thats the son. Erratically. Some of them werent able to fly. They seemed to be stumbling and disoriented. Reporter five of the eagles were captured in a field like this one. Three died on the way to the rescue. On sunday two more eagles were found in dags borrow, one was dead, the other taken to the rescue for treatment. This would be unusual. We get about 50 bald eagles a year here for treatment but we dont normally see cases like this. Reporter tests have been performed on the birds and the results should be back in a few days. Until then Officials Say theyll be trying to figure out whats causing the illness. We want to make sure that we can figure out what it is, narrow it down get it cleaned up and taken care of so we dont have additional eagles that are affected. Reporter now, if you do see any dead or sick bald eagles, Officials Say dont try to touch or capture them yourself. Instead, contact state fish and wildlife officials.
