Mlambo says Eskom s system can t capacitate when there are high volumes of illegal connections. I must say my experience on the ground with people tampering with the metres it has nothing to do with poverty. it is unfortunate that we got people that want to have all appliances and use electricity irresponsibly knowing very well that they are not paying for it.
