ZAGREB (Croatia), March 2 (SeeNews) - Croatian AI-powered computer vision software developer Microblink said it has appointed Igor Strejcek new managing director.
Strejcek will also take the role of global vice president of operations, Microblink said in a statement on Monday.
At the same time, Microblink co-founders Izet Zdralovic and Damir Sabol are stepping down from the executive team to assume advisory and supervisory responsibilities within the company.
Strejcek previously was head of direct channels division at Erste&Steiermarkische bank.
Microblink builds computer vision products that help businesses digitise documents, automate processes, and eliminate manual data entry.
CEO takes over N. Macedonia s Diners Club International Mak from Croatia s Erste Card Club Deal, business, corporate contracts
SKOPJE (North Macedonia), December 11 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia s Diners Club International Mak said that its CEO, Bozhidar Jankovski, has acquired the financial services company from Erste Card Club, the credit card unit of Croatia s Erste&Steiermarkische Bank.
At the same time, Diners Club International Mak has become a direct owner of Diners Club International Ltd s franchise and has an exclusive right to issue the Diners Club card in North Macedonia, the Skopje-based company said in a statement on Thursday.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
