Tevita Badogo and Eroni Bale appeared in the High Court in Suva on Tuesday before judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe. Badogo and Bale are charged with one count each of damaging property, criminal trespass, causing grievous harm, and an act intended to cause grievous harm. On the day of the incident, they allegedly broke the door of a flat at one of the blocks and assaulted three men.
