JT Grup Oil, a fuel wholesaler of Constanta controlled by businessman Jean Paul Tucan, is launching a public offering for the sale of 10 million new shares issued following a share capital increase, and is announcing its listing on the AeRo market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
