De­liv­er­ing an oral judge­ment, yes­ter­day, Ap­pel­late Judges Al­ice Yorke-Soo Hon and Maria Wil­son re­ject­ed Ernesto John­son s ap­peal against his con­vic­tion and cor­re­spond­ing sen­tence. Ac­cord­ing to the ev­i­dence in the case, on Feb­ru­ary 26, 2016, the com­pa­ny s se­cu­ri­ty of­fi­cers con­tact­ed its op­er­a­tions man­ag­er Anil Ma­haraj af­ter kegs of con­cen­trat­ed bleach, la­bels, bot­tles and oth­er pack­ag­ing ma­te­ri­als were found in John­son s ve­hi­cle.
