Joshua Black, Alabama man arrested and shot in D.C. riot, ordered held until trial

An Alabama man charged in the siege on the U.S. Capitol will remain behind bars after a federal judge deemed him a danger to society should he be released.
Joshua Matthew Black, a 44-year-old man who ran a lawn service in Leeds, appeared Wednesday before U.S. Magistrate Judge John H. England, III in a federal courtroom in Birmingham. Black was arrested two weeks ago and has been held in the custody of the U.S. Marshals in the Pickens County Jail.
