That 26yearold Police Officer is stable tonight here at Jefferson University hospital but he is suffering from very severe injuries after being struck by a hitandrun driver in south philadelphia and police say that driver is still on the loose tonight. Shattered knee. Broken leg and the laceration to his head. Reporter broken windshield of the chrysler 200 is shattered from the body of a philadelphia Police Officer.
