Palmer replaces Jo Anne Corbitt, who retired in 2020.
Prior to joining Colliers, Palmer served as managing director of operations with Cushman & Wakefield in Baltimore, according to a release. She brings 20 years of commercial real estate industry experience, including management of a collective more than 5 million square feet of Class A general office, industrial and medical office buildings. She also has experience with building acquisition, stabilization, repositioning and disposition.
Palmer is a past president of the Building Owners and Managers Association (Baltimore chapter) and received her real property administration designation in 2005.Â
