Volvo XC90 SUV: Volvo Car AB has ceased diesel engine production, marking a shift to all-electric vehicles by 2030. The XC90 SUV, the last diesel model, rolled off the line in Sweden. Despite global EV demand cooling, Volvo remains confident in its customer offerings and commitment to sustainable mobility.
The XC90 sport utility vehicle rolled off the line at the Torslanda plant in Sweden on Tuesday evening. Volvo Car is phasing out the technology just as global demand for electric vehicles is cooling, though it’ll still make cars with gasoline engines.
