VALLEY CITY (VCSU) – VCSU football assistant coach Dustin Yorek has been promoted to offensive coordinator, head coach Dennis McCulloch announced today.
Yorek has been with the Vikings for two seasons, working as the offensive line coach in 2020 and the tight ends coach in 2019. He takes over the offensive coordinator position immediately as the Vikings prep for spring practice.
“I am honored and very excited to become the offensive coordinator at VCSU,” said Yorek. “I would like to thank Coach McCulloch for giving me the tools to develop as a coach and for giving me this opportunity with the Viking program. The community of Valley City, as well as the University, have been very welcoming since I arrived in town.
