Sivert Guttorm Bakken and Justine Braisaz-Bouchet won the mass start
races on the final day of the International Biathlon Union (IBU) World
Cup in Holmenkollen in Oslo, bringing the season to an end.
Tiril Eckhoff of Norway claimed a winning time of 29min 55.7sec in the
Oslo-Holmenkollen women’s 10 kilometres pursuit, while German Erik
Lesser powered to the line in 32min 03.8sec in the 12.5 km men's
pursuit to steal victory away from the standings leader Quentin Fillon
Maillet of France.
The International Biathlon Union World Cup circuit is set to host its
finals at Holmenkollen Ski Arena in Oslo tomorrow, after some
ambiguity over the last two months due to coronavirus.
